Custom analytics dashboards and solutions developed for clients remain the intellectual property of logichubnovaex AG unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement.

These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and general interactions, whilst specific service delivery is governed by individual service agreements that supersede these Terms where applicable.

For enterprise clients with separate service agreements, those agreements shall take precedence over these Terms for matters specifically addressed in the service agreement.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our website and services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
